Still trying to post!

I am keeping the faith that one day these posts will randomly show up on my blog and all 2 of you who still check in here will know I am not the blog slacker I appear to be.

Last night was Girls Night at my boss' house... Mexican style! We had some frozen drinks and enjoyed Elizabeth and Kim's Mexican cooking! (Sure wish that Elizabeth would have brought some Pica De Galo, LOL) Today we went to Megan's All Star game... to watch them lose. Thanks to double elimination, though, they have one last chance at the championship for the state on Tuesday!

Overall it's a quiet weekend and I couldn't be happier. Scott & I were up till 3am talking last night and I am enjoying the quiet of the day. Life hasn't quite been paradise here, but hopefully we have what it takes to work everything out.

This summer is seriously kickin' my butt!

This summer is seriously kickin my butt! It is flying by without any reason leaving dust in it's wake. I know I have been a terrible blogger.... as previously mentioned, many of my posts take days to appear and I just havent had time to research the problem.

So, let's see... what's been going on you ask? Well...several deeply personal things that I am working my way through... many many softball/baseball games... a few parties... made a few new friends and saw a few old ones... worked a lot and then not so much...

In happy news, I am down by about 15 pounds right now! I just treated myself to a new pair of capris in a size smaller than I have worn in more than a year! Yeah me! :)
